BIM 101 EP2
An educational motion design piece exploring BIM dimensions and how design, time, and cost come together to shape real-world construction workflows. The video builds on foundational concepts to explain how 3D, 4D, and 5D BIM work as interconnected layers of information.

Designed with a structured, teaching-focused approach, the project uses clear visual breakdowns and relatable analogies to simplify complex coordination and planning processes. The pacing focuses on clarity, gradually moving from static models to dynamic systems that evolve over time.
Working as the motion designer within a collaborative team, I focused on animation, pacing, and transitions to communicate these concepts clearly, creating an engaging explanation of how BIM supports better coordination and decision-making across a project’s lifecycle.
As part of a collaborative team, I worked on motion design and animation, shaping the pacing, transitions, and overall motion language. The result is a clear and engaging explanation of how BIM transforms from a design tool into a system that enables better coordination, planning, and cost control.
